The location was great. It was ideal for our trip and it was super close to walk it to most of the museums. There were a lot of places to eat nearby and the staff was super helpful! They let us leave our stuff there for my group of 8 that took an Amtrak from Chicago and arrived a couple of hours before check in. They also let us leave our stuff there after check out while we went to have breakfast and enjoy the hours before our Amtrak ride back home. They gave us extra blankets and linen upon our request and were super friendly!

Great location! We were able to walk to Third Ward and explore restaurants, bars, cocktail lounges, the Public Market, and the Lakefront! The front desk guy was super friendly. They have a small convenience store/section in the lobby which came in handy. The rooms were modern and clean. We paid for hotel parking and had no issue. It was a short ride to American Family Field which was convenient for us!

What a find! This hotel is just amazing. Check-in was quick and easy (Kenny, I hope that was his name, was extremely friendly and courteous). The rooms are huge, clean and tidy. Refrigerator, ironing/board, power shower, USB charging points. Close to downtown and parking. Fitness suite was great. *This hotel was booked at the last minute, due to another hotel in the area letting us down.*

We had an excellent stay. Location was perfect for our stay. We have stay twice. Both times the rooms were very clean, beds so comfy! We love the pool and snacks available for purchase in the lobby. The front desk staff was very kind on both of our stays. My daughter has developmental disabilities and this hotel is very easy to navigate with/for her.

My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Bluetooth speaker built into the bathroom mirror was a nice, unexpected bonus. The location of this hotel is ideal - it's a mere 2 blocks from a The Hop stop, an easy walk to the Third Ward and Westtown, and convenient to the Intermodal Station.
